Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019, day 2. Rosée sur léger trouble, col fin rosé. Arôme marqué par la framboise, terreux avec léger fleuri et un fin bouquet safran plus difficile à marquer. Palais reste axé sur la framboise, effet terreux, acidulé avec composante acerbe, safran plus en retrait et dur à noter sans en avoir sa présence. Le tout fini grinçant aux dents et au final sur un effet un peu Berliner.

Cloudy pink with thin head. Aroma and flavour are full of fresh raspberries. Moderately tart. Very clean.

BXL ‘19. Fairly hazy dark pink with a pink head. Aroma of tart raspberry, mineral and saffron coming out. Flavour is moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy pink with light pink head. Saffron, soft herbs, tart wheat, light herbs, grassy, elderberries. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied with dry finish.
