Angel Spoons. Keg. Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Fluffy dry palate. Good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish. Nice blood orange dominates and goes well with the minerally crispness. Very drinkable.

Hazy golden color. I believed it to be more subtle red. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine fresh carbonation level. Mellow fine sweetness. Fruity, wheat, oranges and some yeast. Nice session able and very refreshing beer.

Bottle from Inn At Home, Guildford. Yeasty aroma as expected, with an acidic citrus element. An opaque orange amber. Frothy white head soon calmed down to thin covering. As per the aroma, the taste has what I’d expect from a wheat with banana and cloves, however the blood orange then takes over. From a restrained sweet with a sour edge to all sour (although never more than medium). An odd chemical aftertaste. Medium bodied. Soft, although the carbonation has a fizz. Abrupt finish, other than the chemical citrus aftertaste. Overall pretty good. A but lightweight and let down by the previously mentioned aftertaste.

Bottle sourced from Good Taste Food and Drink, Crystal Palace, London shared with the Fam/Steatham (29/08/2016) - gold coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity hoppy aroma and taste, some satsuma, lemon, wheaty, straw, hay, grassy and floral hoppy nuances into the close. Ok.

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 04/08/16. Clear golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is malt, biscuit, straw, toasted grains, orange rind. Taste comprises fruit esters, orange peel, Belgian candied fruit, straw, bread dough, light spice. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for style.

Cask at the Express Tavern, Brentford. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of orange, wheaty. Taste is grainy wheaty, milky yeasty, with blood orange notes and light bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, tangy wheaty finish. Quite OK.
