Pours clear, pale gold. Medium small white head. Scent is full, white bread maltyness, fresh lager yeast. Taste is full, fairly bitter and crisp. Malty (white bread) , medium body and carbo. very refreshing and drinkable. Light DMS. Not bad, but not remarkable.

Pours a small frothy head. Hoppy, maybe a bit soapy aroma. Firm hopbitter flavor that lingers on for a while. Hint of orange and a good maltiness, as in most Franconian pilseners. Quality pilsener, well balanced.

Pours a clear yellow color. Aroma is grassy and light straw. Grassy and toasted malty. Grassy finish.

Klares dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, etwas Karamell, ansonsten ziemlich neutral. Geschmack fruchtig hopfig, malzig, minimal metallisch, würzig.

50cl draft @ Moeder Lambic, Fontainas. Dorée/orangée, col blanc épais. Arôme de grains, malt typique pour le style qui reste bien agréable, houblon est léger laissant un côté fleuri. En bouche, une pils légère et qui se démarque un peu de ce l’on a trop tendance à retrouver en Allemagne cad ce profile métallique. Houblon donne une belle note amer et herbacé tout en ayant un bon côté fruité finissant sur une pointe épicée et houblonnée.

From tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light cornish. Cornish, grassy, bitter and light toasted malty flavoured. Lingering bitter and light toasted malty finish.

Draught Clear copper beer with a very good, just yellowish head, leaving lacerings. Beautiful malty nose, dry, but fresh malts, ever so slightly sugary. Maltbomb, but not overly sweet, there being a slightly peppery hopimpression. Finish consists as pure maltsugars. Lots of gristslickness, nearly medium bodied. If all Pilsners were like this, nobody would make a difference between lagers and speciality beers...

0,5 l draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: served in a dimpled mug, clear yellow with a lasting white head, slightly sweet & fruity, getting mainly banana from this as well as some peach, caramel & pils malt, herbal hops but only the smallest hint of bitterness in the finish, very clean, cut taste, medium body, very easy to drink, wonderful drink

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of caramel and a tinge of citric hops. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and subtle fruity with herbal hops; moderately dry bitter-sweet finish. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
