This fresh fruity sparkling medium medium dry organic cider is made from one variety of cider apple first discovered a century ago at pethyre farm Monmouth. Because of its delicious flavour farmer George break well propagated the seedling and it was later planted in many herefordshire orchards. In early September when the break wells seedling apples are ripening, the air is full of their wonderful intense perfume.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear golden. Juicy apples, citric note, light funky note, sweetish. Decent.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy light gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is sharp and tart woody apples with a little vanilla. Taste is dry and bittersweet woody apples to start. Medium dry finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Pours clear golden with no head. Aromas of tart apples and light funk. Taste is sweet and sour. Dry, tangy finish.

Bottle (at siidrimaja). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, fruity, floral. Flavor is sweet, sour, bitter, apples, acidic. Body is on the thin side. Overall: okish.

7 3 7 3 13Bottle shared at The Hague Bottleshare July ‘18. Hazy golden with keen with a white head. Aroma of red apples, woody notes, apple core. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Den Haag bottle share at Brody’s. Clear golden with small white head. Soft funk, sweet apple, light almonds, soft herbs, cow dung, soft alcohol, light sweet apricot. Light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied. Nice.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - hazy golden with steady bubbles. Nose - dry apples, light skin note. Hay maybe. Taste - dry, tangy apples. Light sweetness on the end. Palate - sweet/sour and tangy throughout. Overall - good gear.
