Aroma agradable a malta tostada. Rico sabor. Bien hecha.

Draft from Waterfront-Manhattan. Poured dark but was pretty thin and watery, some caramel and malts, not as fruity or flavorful as I had thought it would be.

Bottle from Great Grog. Clear amber body with a beige head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts and brown sugar. Flavour of caramel and a hint of bitter hops to balance things well. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A well made dunkel - rich and moreish.

0.5 l bottle, best before December 2023. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of cocoa, caramel and toasted nuts. Quite sweet, malty, hardly bitter, slightly roasty taste of cocoa, caramel and toasted nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Dunkel.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a mahogany colour with a medium sized dissipating beige head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel, nuts, toasty brown bread and a touch of brown sugar. Taste has more dark fruits, caramel, nuts, burnt brown bread, some chocolate and a little amount of brown sugar but not as sweet as the aroma suggests. Some ash on the finish. Thin to medium body, fairly low carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Good above average Dunkel.
