Draft @ Baghaven, May 2019. Pours hazy light golden with a white head. Funk, barnyard and apricot. Fruity and dry. Very tasty.

Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is musty, tangy, sweaty, farty farmyard, apricot cheesecake, sour stone fruit, wet hay and some bread. The taste is dry, tart, puckering sourness, plenty of apricot, persimmon, sour candy, sherbet, lactic, orange chewits, earth, wood, just a touch of celery perhaps and pickled gherkin in the backdrop. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fun stuff.

Keg at BrewDog Leicester. Light yellow, murky, headless. Light apricot notes on the aroma but I'm getting less of the yeast. Sourness in the taste with loads of apricot. The sweet spiciness of the yeast gives an earthy balance, but the aftertaste is all overripe apricot. Carbonation bordering on the aggressive. Very nice.

Tap into a snifter showing moderately filtered pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows strong notes of dried apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with intense dried apricot forwardness with a strong lingering tartness.

Backlog. Fat på Mikkeller Baghaven. Gulfärgad, disig med vit krona. Rejält syrlig och funkig med riktigt snyggt djup i både doft och smak med mängder av aprikos, aprikoskärnor och aprikosskal. Snygg kärnsyra som möter sötma från torkad aprikos. Riktigt, riktigt gott!
