Springboard marks the way for summer – the season of green!

A follow up to our successful Flameout collaboration, Springboard DIPA is a headlining, hop-bomb of a beer – loaded with Centennial, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin for a fruity, full flavour. With its hefty organic malt bill, it’s backed up by a massive oat and wheat mouthfeel. Sun’s out – Springboard is served!

Rather stable, lightly yellowish head; medium fully hazy orange-ochre beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Old orangepeel, lupulin, sparadrap , herbs. Sweet-ish, oranges, citrus, bit yeasty. Mandarine-flavoured sweets. Finish has a very peculiar flavour of white chocolate. Medium bodied at best, very well-carbonated. Pretty decent IIPA. White chocolate flavour in beer is a first to me. Thanks to Stef!

Fat Dipa provning Taphouse. Ingen vidare öl i Dipa klassen. Men bra öl i jämförelse med andra öl sorter.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (02/08/2019) - light hazed golden pour with a white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some grapefruit, orange notes, caramel malty backbone, medium body, resinous bitter hoppy close. Ok old school action.

On keg at the Black Isle Bar, Inverness. Appearance - golden amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - mango and lime. Probably something in the orange to apricot part of the spectrum too. Taste - more mango, apricot and citrus. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied. Dry balanced finish. Overall - nicely balanced and extremely drinkable for the ABV.
