Dark brown to black colored, clear, medium light beige head. Malty, roasted malt and less chocolate, some caramel and light toffee, moderate roasty bitterness, dryish roasty finish, medium sweetness. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery. Bit too much on the roasty side, could go for more chocolate balance.

Hand-pulled cask pint in The Salopian, Shrewsbury on 29th Apr 2019. Very dark brown, light tan foaming head that hung around. Roasted malts rule the nose and taste with some mild coffee hints and chocolate traces coming through. Neither sweet nor bitter in any great measure, smooth body feel on the palate. Nice easy drinking Porter, nothing overpowering or different for your senses to get excited about.
