Can you believe we’re five years old? It’s been an exciting and eventful journey since we completed our first brew in February 14th 2015, so we decided to recognise this landmark by creating a series of three bold and impactful beers showcasing some of our favourite hand-selected hops. This IPA was only dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.

Aroma & Flavour:
Ripe mango and tangerine backed up by blueberry and resinous hop notes

Body:
Full, soft and smooth, with low carbonation

Aftertaste:
Juicy finish with lingering resinous flavours

Keg at the Cloudwater London Taproom - Bermondsey. Pours hazy gold with a foamy, white head. Quite nice pithy citrus character, light bitterness, a little dank, some melon, citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more pithy citrus, a little pale bread, light rindy bitterness. Solid.

Can at home from the birthday pack. I bought a stupid tee shirt for this beer. a nice translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is nice mix of citrus, mellow dank plastic, lemon rind, with background tropical squishy fruits white grape, peach. Very rounded on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi crisp grains, little wheat, layered oily citrus, dank and rubber notes, pithy citrus, little paraffin in the finish. Palate is rounded with a nice crisp fine finish, moderate carbonation and a decent amount of hop oils. Bottom of the can holds a small slug of yeast and hop juice that brings a green spicy hop character. Really well rounded with a good hop bitterness punch.

Can. Cloudwater online. Slightly dirty looking, pale gold. Fully opaque. Fine white head. Nose has sweet grapefruit and passion fruit. Ripe, yellow melon. Creamy malt. Some blueberry Mosaic. Taste has a soft, grainy sweetness, followed up by a fairly punchy, zesty citrus bitterness. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Quite an abrupt bitterness on the finish.
