Not even in the same league as Aventus. This bottle from 2019 beerwulf advent cal is 8 months old and a bit staled i think. Muddled, chalky, odd backing astringency.

Creamy white head stayed on a murky light brown body. Spice, yeast & berry aroma. Medium bodied, light & aerous on the tongue with a clean back. Yeast, berries, clove, raisin & earth & citrus tastes with a bitter tangy finish. Good one!

Bottle picked up by dad from Birretta Feinste Biere Regensburg and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Monday 14th October 2019 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Murky, hazy, gold with a white head. A little clinical/medicinal on the nose and in the mouth, it's ok, a touch sweet perhaps.

Smell of wheat, some pepper. Muddy amber colour, white head. Aroma of bread, yeast, some raw fruit. Honey and alcohol in finish. Starts off lightly sour, finishes sweet. Lively carbon. Lightly viscous texture.

A totally murky, brownish yellow, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has sweet fruitness, banana-citrus, yeast and wheat. Taste has banana, citrus, richness, wheat, some bitterness, but quite sweet. Smooth and medium+ bodied. Nuancees from Sahti, maybe slightly unbalanced.

330ml Bottle - Hazy orange/amber with a foamy head. Banana, caramel, sultanas and citrus in the aroma. Caramel, banana, walnuts and dried apricot all feature in the taste. Fruity and spicy finish.

33cl bottle pours a dark orange with some creamy, white head. Nose has candy, raisin, honey, date, a little cheap ginger ale. Flavor follows, cherry/date cake, candy, chestnut honey, yeast. Finishes sweet and sticky.
