Helle, trübe Farbe. Hefe, etwas Zitronensaft und aromatische Zitronenschale, ein bisschen Getreide und grüner Apfel. Recht spritzig (vielleicht sogar einen Hauch zu spritzig) und generell auch etwas zu säurebetont. Trotzdem recht schmackhaft und vor allem sehr erfrischend.

On tap at Riegele Wirsthaus, Augsburg, Friday 9th December 2022. This is really nice, hazy yellowy with a large white head. Nice mouthfeel, spicy edge to this on the nose and in the mouth, clove amongst but subtle, light banana too but not heavy handed. A little light citrussy fruitiness, really good.

On tap at Riegele Brauhaus Biergarten, Augsburg Saturday 4th July 2020, we are stopping at Campsite Bella Augusta on the outskirts of the city. This pours hazy light yellowy colour with a white head. Plenty of banana, soft mouthfeel, a little bit of vanilla, easy drinking, good.

Bottle. Barely cloudy gold with a dense 2cm white head. Banana heavy aroma with vanilla dough. Not quite so banana-laden taste and some twang from the wheat as well as some other spices make it it more refreshing than the aroma suggested.

Fles 33cl thuis. Vrij zoet, banaan, wat lemon, yeasty, wheaty, klein zuurtje, overrijp fruit, koriander, vrij romig, zacht. (12-6-2022).

A light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has wheat, light spicyness and only low fruitness. Taste has wheat, spicyness, only light fruitness. Medium bodied. I prefer more fruitness sideof hefes.

hazy yellow colour, one inch of dense white head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma and taste of wet wheaty, bread crusty, lemony-lemongrassy, and slight unripe green banana notes; nothing bad about it, but for sure not among the best weissbiers...

On tap at Da Michele, Mestre. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Solid hefe weizen, banana, sweetish, moderate carbonation. Some spicy notes.
