Made with a melange of real black raspberries and red raspberries for a stunning red color, pungent berry aroma and accented with a kiss of lemongrass.

A hazed pinkish ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light strawberry notes, light acidity, OK. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light berries, light mineral notes, pleasant. Bottle at VIP Lounge Mondial 2016.

Pours ruby-tinged deep orange into a shaker. Bubbly head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Raspberry aromas. Soft with raspberry pith and lemon muffin front to back. Lasting pith finish.

Draught. Darkis red with small beige foamy head, fruity aroma, low carbonation, tangy cough syrup like taste, long sour taste. Too syrupy.

On tap at Hinesburg public house.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a dark pink close to red color with no head nor lacing.
The smell started off with a sharp raspberry and gets slightly tart as it warms up.
The taste was moderately sweet carrying a light tanginess to carry into the aftertaste. There’s no finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt right as a raspberry ale allowing some sweet fruit to roll slightly dry over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a decent fruit beer. Raspberry is there and seems authentic. For me, I might come back to.

Pours a ruby from a bottle. Aroma is berries, maybe some caramel malt. Flavor is a very dry fruitiness, with some lingering toffee notes. All in all a surprisingly good fruit beer.

Bottle. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Reddish color with orange hues and a slightly pinkish head. Nice aroma of raspberries, some graininess and some lemongrass spiciness. Rather dry flavor with faint sweetness, nice mild tartness, some raspberries, graininess, a lemongrass note and a bitter touch in a dry finish. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.
