On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. White wine grape must and old wood on the nose. Flavour has musty wine grapes, dry old wood, a bit dusty. Wouldn't have necessarily guessed port barrels. Still very good.

Sour, dry, full, woody. Quite vinous, funky, a bit herbal. Complex and yummy, excellent.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. Almost clear golden with white head. Funk, barrel, grapes, some wood, complex.

Clear gold with a small white head. Light funk and white grape. Soured white grape and some sweetness

Bottle shared. Slight hazy deep golden with white head. Dry cellar funk, oxidized fortified wine in a way that's more sherry to me than porto, maybe white porto? Cobwebs, wheat, walnuts, lots of oak, grape skins. Medium sour, almost medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Really really good.
