Bottle (Danke, Jonas!): Cloudy, orange-juice-like coloured, big and slowly collapsing dirty-white head, moderate to solid yeasty-bready nose, supported by mainly herbal hops; robust dry bitter flavour, low sweetness, medium bodied; lingering fruity-yeasty finish with a pinch of balancing pale malt. Bottle from Beyond Beer. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light herbal and lught hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 181220

Bottle. Color: Hazy rather pale golden, white head. Aroma: Grassy hop, citrus hop notes, notes of bittery orange peel, herbal notes, dry-ish. Medium bitter, light to moderate sweet. Over medium bitter, bit fruity and very dry finish. Very nice.

Very hazy pale amber colour, huge frothy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma pale malt, lime, pineapple, bit of funk, hint of barnyard, citric hops. Fruity taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, pineapple, lime, touch of tart, resinous hops. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, well-balanced and easy to drink, very nice.

330 ml bottle. Hazy dark orange, creamy head. Lime, grapefruit peel, lactic acid, some pine, balsamic vinegar, fermented hay. Dry acidic sourness, some malty sweetness, hoppy bitterness. Full bodied, oily creamy texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry sour bitter finish. A very good beer!

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 Oct 2019) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly spicy nose with notes of bread, citrus and grass. Malty, slightly spicy taste with bread, citrus, spicy yeast, grass and a balanced grassy, citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite dry. Interesting, a little spicy and really tasty. Nice one.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, snow white head. Citrusy, grassy, fruity hoppy aroma, biscuity, pale malty background, unspecific fruitiness of yellow fruit in the widest sense, with citrusy, citric and pulpy aspects. Taste is slightly dry and tart, fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, biscuity pale malty, zesty notes of citrus fruit, some quince, hints of yellow stone fruit, some grassy and leafy aspects. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, creamy palate, fine and gentle carbonation. Superbly balanced - great!
