Shepherds Amber Ale ,4.8% alcohol served in pint glass 6-7c, brewed using traditional methods of production and honed to perfection offer today's consumers the unmistakable taste of four kinds of malt in balanced proportions. You will be captivated by its delicate clean caramel flavor and mild hint of hop bitterness in the background. Caramel malt and other specialty malts add considerable body to this medium fermented beer with perfect deep ruby color. The natural carbonation gives our Amber Ale its rich creamy foam that leaves visible rings on the glass. It’s served thoroughly chilled in pint glass.

2/10/2021. Bottle from Netherlands courtesy of Miquelli, cheers! Pours almost clear amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hop, malt, biscuit, fruit loaf. Medium sweetness, low bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite ok.

Bottle, small bubbly head, clear copper to brown color, skunky, candy, biscuity aroma, grainy flavor with metallic flavor with a bready fruity sourness, light herbal bitterness, fizzy sensation. Drinkable but not too good.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Naama’s place. Clear amber. Aroma of cooked vegetables, sulphur, farts, and malt. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, a bit of vegetables, a bit of toast, and a bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied. Not really good, and the aroma is unpleasant, but pretty drinkable.
