Brewed with classic aromatic hops, Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo, this is a quintessential American Pale Ale, rich with the bouquet of citrus, melon, apricot and peach. A complex malt bill introduces some higher sugars, which remain in the beer giving it a full body whilst balancing the strength of the hops.

Fluffy off white head left a creamy cover on a light amber coloured still body. Malt & caramel aroma. Medium bodied, creamy with a clean back. Malt, caramel, confectionery & sweet hoppy tastes. It's a good drinker.

Pint on tap at Ginger Fox, Sussex. Dark amber beer with thin film of bubbles on top. No carbonation. Citric nose with hints of durian. Neutral taste, finish is earthy and fruity. Looks terrible, smells OK, tastes alright. Needs a touch of carbonation to bring it alive. Boring.
