Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5

Cask @ Duke’s Head, Highgate. Golden with a mild haze and a frothy head. Dry and hoppy, there’s subtle fruit notes behind a subtle strength.

Sample at the one valley beer festival. Thin white head. Hazy golden pour. Lovely bitterness.

Cask handpull at Hop Stuff Tap room Ashford. Last time Jodie poured me a beer in this bar. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Some pine resin aroma and more in the flavour. Light carbonation. Some bitterness on the finish. OK.
