HOGSTAR is a rich-straw, golden yellow colour with a distinctive gently hopped aroma. A fuller taste with a good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Brewed with 5 hops and herb extracts, and longer matured for a fuller, deeper flavor.

330ml bottle at Haworth Ams in Hull. Rings of lace down the glassware from a lasting white head Clear golden-brown body. Grassy hops on the nose. Taste is ripe citrus and sweet pale malts. Drying end. Easy to drink. Decent lager beer (shared with Finn, 24.11.2015).

Bottle 330ml. [ As Hogs Back Hogstar ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity hops, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150410]

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours clear light amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of notes of yeast and malt and touches of DMS. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of aromatic hops with citrus. Bitetr aftertaste. Drinkable but nothing special.
