Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente Il manto birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante è di consistenza cristallina. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato arrivano note di miele, crosta di panettone, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e frutta passita.

Bottle picked up from Kühbacher brewery, Kübach and consumed at home Sunday 19th December 2021 listening to Idles - Ultra Mono, smoking chicken outside and cooking Beef Bourgogne inside in the slow cooker. Pours warm gold, clarity is crystal clear there is a white head atop. Malty with a nice moutheel, really soft, a little hoppiness, sweetness but then swiftly moving to dryness. Good, straightforward Festbier.

Aus der Flasche (500 Jahrereinheitsgebot 2016) im 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses rotgoldene Bier mit hellen Schaum kommt leicht süsslich mit einer schwachen Hopfennote daher. Der Körper ist recht unkompliziert was es recht süffig macht. Einfacher aber schneller Durstlöscher.

330 ml bottle as Kühbacher Festbier - 500 Jahre Reinheitsgebot. Clear dark golden, 2 finger head. A lot of grain, malts and bread, citrus notes, hay, basement notes, metallic notes, sour dough, caramel. Malty sweetness, mild dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonated, dry sweet finish, süffig and palatable. Outstanding Festbier.
