Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Monday 10th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music cooking a Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna (we didn't get around to it last night). Pours hazy light lemony colour with a soft foamy white head. Nice soft carbonation, there is a little lemon on the nose. Sweetness, citrus also in the mouth with a little meringue, not picking up regular Belgian wheat vibes here, but regardless it's a good beer.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, offwhite cream. Spicy aroma, coriander, sellerie salt, pickles. Medium body, mellow undercarbonated body. Spicy, citric and herbal notes on a solid malt body. Weird, neither feels like a Wit nor a Weizen, Tasty nonetheless (if you like pickles).

330ml bottle. Murky golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimalyl lacing, white head. Sweet-ish wheaty, fruity and minimally spicy aroma, notes of mandarine, hints of orange zest, some banana, yeasty peppery spicy overtones, a touch of pear and fresh hay. Taste is slightly sweet wheaty, fruity, notes of banana, grassy and fruity hoppy overtones, a touch of mandarine and fresh hay. The abandonment of original ingredients (like coriander and orange zest) can’t be fully compensated by the skilled choice of hop and yeast sorts. Quite nice nevertheless.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly yeast-spicy, mildly grainy and wheaty aroma with notes of banana, as well as citrus-fruity hoppy notes and a tinge of cloves. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly wheat character with a whiff of banana, accompanied by drying, moderately fruity and slightly spicy hops; quite dry and mildly hop bitter finish with hints of citrus and a tinge of herbal spice. 14.XI.16
