(Bottle) Pours black with short-lived thin loose tan head. Nice aroma with good chocolate notes and coffee hints. Medium body with good carbonation. Good taste with nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. There’s pleasant toffee and chocolate and some burnt sugar bitterness. Maybe a little thin. Very drinkable.

Bottle, big bubbly mocha head with some lacing, opaque very dark brown color, yeasty aroma with some vanila and light roasty notes, metalic flavor, some coffee, muted light chocolaty bitterness, very dry, prickly carbonation. Drinkable but quite mediocre.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. You wait all your life for a Palestinian beer, then 2 come along at once! Hazy amber - brown beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Mellow but tangy malts. Touch of dark chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. Airy semi dry finish. The golden wasn’t great but this stout is serviceable.
