He lurks in the shadows, waiting in bold anticipation. He's surprisingly bitter. Bitter about something. Legend has it that he feasts on those with fresh hops coursing through their veins. This dry-hopped, Texas IPA has a flavor as defiant as the Hopadillo himself. It's packed with the bracing bitterness of hops from around the world that this creature craves. He's comin' to get ya. You've been warned...

Aromas are malt, pine resin, ash and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose. Bittersweet. Full-bodied and good carbonation. Amber IPA. Decent but nothing special.

Can. Practically clear, deep golden body under a nice, dense off-white head. Aroma is fruity hoppy with oranges and a decent malty base. Flavor has also a good, medium sweet maltbase, a little bread and fruity hops, hint of oranges, some grassy bitterness but not particular bitter. Balanced body and OK aftertaste. A decent IPA indeed, rather classic, but I expect this one to be close to the best before date.

Probably the most interesting beer I've had today. Totally complex and strong. Surprised I am saying this after an IPA. It's really good.

Tap in AUS. Slightly hazed yellow with off-white head. Aroma is perfume and floral. Flavor leans into the hops.
