Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

Bottle from Total Wine in San Jose, CA. (Stevens Creek) Pours clear copper with a transient white head. Aroma is quite citrus, but in more of a mandarin than grapefruit way. Med body. Flavor is dry; more than moderately bitter. Roasted malt and mandarins. There's other stuff in the background. I like it.

Bottle from Tesco, Manchester. Deeper golden with a small head. Sugary effort with a hop-malt balance, what barrel ageing is there is probably best represented in its aroma. Has a bubble-gum styled sweetness.

Bottle from Conad. Amber color, clear, short solid white head. Smell of hops resin and spirit. Flavor of grapefruit, citrus over bready malts, backed with almond and maybe faint woody tones. Bitter taste with some juicy sugariness, soft carbonation, kinda thick body, long spiced finish. Nice.

0,33 bottle from Auchan Budapest.Its color is beautiful pure amber, of the darker variety, its head is medium-lasting, hard when filled. The aroma is classic bitter hops, resinous, grassy rather than citrusy, fruity, but with a slight citrusiness as it warms up. Medium carbonated, good bitterness, a little sweet-fruity, not "wild" IPA, very good little drinking stuff, but that's price ... Barrel maturation didn't come through ..

Színe szép tiszta borostyán, a sötétebb fajtából, habja közepesen tartós, kitöltéskor kemény. Illatában klasszikus keserű komlókat érezni, inkább gyantás, füves, mintsem citrusos, gyümölcsös, de kis citrusosság érződik, ahogy melegszik. Közepesen szénsavas, keserűsége jó, picit édes-gyümölcsös, nem "vad" IPA, nagyon jó kis ivó cucc, de ennyiért... Hordóban érleltség nem jött át..
