Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a big frothy warm cap, very good retention and thick creamy-foamy lacing. Big hoppy nose with the grassy-leafy notes. Also, some citrus and pine hints. The mouthfeel is pretty dry, but with a nice crispiness. The taste shows the hops as well, with the grassiness, but a little milder. A well-balanced IPA that is quite pleasant to have a few in one night.

Mid-sweet and mid-dry fruity ending. Medium bodied. Just alright. (session with Finn and djoeye at Finns place, Tromsø 24.07.2018).

Can from the LCBO. Crystal clear (unfiltered, really?) pale copper under a fluffy short lived white head. Nose is very floral and herbal with some candied fruit, grass, citrus, caramel and grains. Flavour is medium- candy sweet with a medium- grassy bitterness. Mouth is thin with soft carbonation. Odd. 7-/3/5/2/11
