Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

Hops: Cascade, Centenial and Mandarina Bavaria
Malt: Extra Pale, Munich

Aus der Flasche im 2018-06 getrunken. Hier ist der Hopfeneinfluss sehr dezent und die typischen IPA-Aromen sind gut präsent. Es wirkt sehr rund und süffig. Schöner Begleiter zum Essen. Prost!

clear golden colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of pine resiny, floral and marmalade-orange peel notes, some frutinines, as well as citruses; bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; correct IPA (rather than golden ale)

Clear golden, decent white head. Light citrus aroma. Flavour is bitter, dry and hoppy with just a hint of the citrus. A touch of pine. It's not bad and it certainly hides its strength well but... I dunno. Innis & Gunn stuff always sounds like the sort of stuff I'd be all over and yet I haven't found one yet that I can really get on board with. It's fine though, I just wouldn't want a lot of it.

Bottle from Aldi. It pot clear copper with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, bright citrus, lemon - lime, sherbet, biscuit and candy. The taste is crisp, dry, fairly clean, lemon - lime, gooseberry fool, biscuit, toasty grain, pithy, zesty and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad. Mrs Scopey says it's a bit too grainy though.
