Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

Hops: Cascade, Centenial and Mandarina Bavaria
Malt: Extra Pale, Munich

Bright clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth clean malts, a light creamy sweetness and a decent pilsner character. Sweet floralness, light perfume and a touch of Parma Violets. Smooth finish brings a touch of orange peel and mild bitterness. Quite lagerish then but bright, crisp and clean.

On tap at Innis & Gunn Edinburgh. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Good hoppy pale ale. A little ascetic lemon. But ok on finish.
