It is the synthesis of two apparently similar worlds, but with marked differences: the harvest year meets the repeatability of beer batches, the oenological tradition embraces the new Italian beer fantasy. The complementarity of these two elements gave life to our first IGA in collaboration with the Dogliotti 1870 winery, producers of muscat in Castagnole delle Lanze (AT).

Straw yellow in color, the body is structured but not heavy, with a delicate acidity that makes it pleasantly fresh. The aromatic profile makes this beer elegant and unique thanks to the typical hints of yellow fruits and musky notes.

Ideal as an aperitif or combined with fish dishes.

Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, vinoso e agrumi.

Brassigaume 2023. Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, pale malt, some fruity malts. Taste of white grapes, belgian yeast, wheat malt.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2023. Huge thanks Matteo! So, this one is brewed with Moscato and beer yeast. Hazy golden body, off white head. Sweetish, smooth, dusty aroma, mild phenolic touches, light white grapes. Sweetish taste, bit dusty, tart, with a light grape presence that opens a lot as it warms, grew on me!

Draught @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Smooth, earthy and vinous with loads of grape juice notes. Decent.

Clear pale blond with no head. Light, clean, fresh. A little sweet. Misses some yeasty dryness.

BXL ‘19. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of big herbs, yeast and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
