33 cl swing top bottle bought close to the source. A little past the bb date. Pours a clear golden body and a small white head with a little bit retention. Aroma's of sweet malt, light grain, a bit fruit, light noble hops. Flavour is light moderate malty sweet with a touch of hops. Light bodied. Short finish with delicate bitterness. Nice and crisp.

Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht trocken. (26.3.2021.)

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, big foamy head. Very malty, bready, a lot of hay, some grassy buttery notes, light citrus and metal. Medium dry bitterness, some malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. Decent Export.

Old fashioned Buegelverschlußflasche: Golden, clear, mid-sized, slowly collapsing loose white head; a tinge of vegetables or cardboard in the mild malty-strawy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied; peppery hops - surprise, surprise - in the slightly lingering moderate bitter-sweet finish. Weak start, but all in all well quaffable...

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with hints of honey and cereals, accompanied by flowery hoppy notes. Moderately sweet and discreetly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Hearty, strawy and slightly hony-ish fruity malt character with grainy notes and traces of blossoms; late arriving, and slightly drying hops towards the finish. Solid Export. 31.VII.17
