Popular hops are in short supply, which has made us seek out new and interesting, experimental and lesser known varieties to brew with. Pale ale, caramel malts and wheat produce a light amber colour and complex malt profile to compliment a single Australian hop. Expect grassy, resinous aromas and vibrant tropical fruit flavours

Almost clear gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth but dry pale malts, a little sweetness. Dry floralness with a distinctly soapy edge. Pithy dry citrus brings a mild bitterness. Some grapefruit before a soapy dry finish. Bitter linger. It’s not awful but a long way short of muster.
