Bottle at home. Clear golden with brief, white head. Funky and peachy, some wood, lemon. Slightly watery. Quite mellow. Funk and wood a bit overpowering.

Backlog. MBCC 2018. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is super funky, cheesy, peach, lactic, grapey. Taste has grapes, vinous notes, peaches, oak, heavy funky cheese, lactic acidity. Yeah!

Huge dense white head over metallic clear yellow beer, big bubbled. Peach, buttermilk, green leaves. Sweet-peach, sour lactic surrounding, and a finish with lemon and again buttermilk. Light body, medium carbonation, refreshing. Nice, if not really outstanding.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is full of green grape notes with lighter peach, pear, white wine and oak. Moderate phenolic notes, a bit peppery with some cheesy funk and a bit of the classic de Garde cow fart. Hints of lemon First pours a fairly clear, yellow gold with a rather large, thick, pillowy white head that steadily falls into itself and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a dry finish. Light grain notes with faint bitterness and alcohol notes. Moderate peach notes with lighter pear, lemon, green grape, and tropical fruit notes. Moderate oak and white wine notes. Medium tannins with light phenolics of pepper and cheesy, earthy funk. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and crisp with high carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer. The barrel character is a bit too strong at this time, especially in the flavor while the peach notes are a bit light for the barrel and base funk.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has stone fruit, lemon, white grape, acetic acid. Flavor is clear and simple and very nice, tart with lemon juice and acetic acid, stone fruits like nectarines. There's a very distinct minerality. Finishes bone dry and tart. So solid.
