0.33l bottle, I would guess courtesy of Jonas and SinH4. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Honeyish dry oxidized floral and spicy, phenolic aroma, vague acetic. Lean, dry, soft spicy, honeyish, yeasty, floral, herbal, bitterish taste, heading towards light astringency. Okay really, though took some hits with age. Ah Flügge, you're missed.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko and Ogi, thanks. Due date 2021, so almost five years old. Unclear orange, small off-white head. Aroma is sharp spicy phenolic and plastic chlorophenols. Ripe fruit, earth, spices, malts and herbs, but all in a mess. There's acidity, estery fruity flavours, some vinegar, malts, herbs and earthy undertones. Some sweetness underneath. Moderate to high carbonation. Finishes surprisingly sweet. Not holding up very well and isn't supposed to, either.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Brett nose. Hazy medium golden colour, fair moussy white head, slowly dissipating, light lacing. Aroma brett, barnyard, peach, white grapes, yeast, hay. Taste medium sweet, light bitter and sourish touch, grain, herbal notes, yeast, lemon peel, earthty impression, retronasal brett. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, mild dry sweetbitter aftertaste, herbal and earthy notes, very nice.

Bottle from Jonas, thanks! Quite clear gold on first pour, small head. Nice nose of sour/Brett, sooner fruits, light bubblegum. Flavor is a huge bombastic taste explosion: light candi sugar, tangy sour, bitterness and Brett notes at the end. An awesome and very tasty farmhouse.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with almost no head. Aroma is funky farmhouse, malt, lemon, grapefruit, grape, wine. Medium body. Flavour is light malt, medium acidity, farmhouse funk, complex. Light esters, grape, wine, grapefruit, lemon. Apple, alcohol is really well integrated, how is this 9%? A very good saison.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, vinous fruity, malty and mildly bretty, funky, yeasty aroma, notes of white white grapes, grape juice, grape sugar; ground layer of initially slightly disguised hints of brine, mustard seed, sage, dill, coriander seed, more permanent fruity hints of apricot and peach remain as well. Taste is dry, vinous fruity, a good deal of residual malty sweetness, notes of white grapes, white grape juice, some gooseberry, green fruit peel, peppery spicy, yeasty hints of black and white pepper, a minimally cheesy touch; slightly ephemeral fruitiness, the cheesy part gains weight with time. Watery texture, overall dry, though minimally cloying palate, rather soft, still minimally prickly carbonation. Very nice Imperial Saison starts very fruity in nose and taste, turns into more funky, yeasty spicy and minimally cheesy while the fruity flavours fade away. Quite complex and diversified - good.
