Was dieses außergewöhnliche Bier zu einem echten Erlebnis werden lässt: die urige Bügelflasche und der originelle, handwerklich gefertigte Holzkasten. Gebraut aus einer besonderen Mischung oberschwäbischer Gerstenmalze. Unfiltriert wird dieses Bier direkt vom Lagertank auf Flaschen gezogen, deshalb auch sein Name: ohne Filter.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, amber colour with average, fluffy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly bready, mellow malty aroma, hints of bread crust. Taste is slightly bready, husky, minimally spicy, mellow malty, hints of bread crust, a touch of peanut, subtle residual sweetness, bitter hoppy counterpart, a yeasty fruity touch as well. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Fairly meaty, balanced - nice.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Wednesday 24th August 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music we had a Thai Prawn and Lime Curry. Pours murky amber with an off white head. Soft in the mouth, a touch of mineral and caramel, actually looking at this again it looks reddish amber. It's nice, it's simple.

Bottle, Fristo, Isny. Slightly hazy amber coppery, large and ok lasting white foamy head. Gentle grassy nose, slight cellar presence. Medium sweet, slight caramel. Mildly bittery, slightly metallic. Light body. Medium aftertaste. Ok.

Amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of cereals with a touch of tangerine. Taste has a mild, dough-like sweetness. Dryer with some grainy bitterness at the end. Medium bodied, with a touch of sticky clay. Okay.
