Wunderschöne feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone, in der Nase sehr aromatisch, würzig, malzig und dunkelbeerig, im Geschmack kraftvoll und vollmundig, betont würzig und kräftig malzig, die deutliche Süße wird durch eine moderate Bittere gut abgepuffert, langer und tief-malziger und würzig-kräutriger Abgang. Für mich ein herausragendes dunkles Bockbier.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a brown orange with a bubble white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt. Taste is roasted sweet malts, very bold.

5/8/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers. Poured clear dark amber with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, cardboard, bread, nuts and dried fruit. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle from Erzengel as part of Euro Local Swap 2/2020, thanks. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, light roasty notes, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium body, flat carbonation, malty caramel bitter sweet finish. Ok.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap 4/2019, many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @Home, 03/04/2020 [#3.338 Global - #307 Germany - #2 Brauerei G.A. Bruch] Dark amber colour with a small White head. Poor retention. Aroma is sweet caramellized malts, soft toffee and dried fruits. Taste is sweet malts, Brown sugar and raisins. Sweet finish. Next one please!

Many thanks for this Festbier to Erzengel (My EuroSanta). Piana spora lecz nie trwala, barwa klarowna czerwona, Karmelowe, slodowe, troche palonego karmelu, typowe i bez rewelacji.

Bruch FestBock, Fläschchen im Tausch von Erzengel. - Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase mildes, leicht toastiges dunkles Malz, Brotkruste, schwach krautig und leicht fuselig. - Antrunk süß und flach dunkelmalzig mit unschönen seifigen Fehlaromen. Viel zu blasser, schwach krautiger Hopfenextrakt. Milder rezent aber wenig vollmundig; der Alkohol schmeckt deutlich durch (ist doch kein Malzkörper da, der ihn bremsen könnte). Im Abgang blasse, schwach erdige Hopfenherbe. - Arg flacher, blasser Bock ohne Körper, Tiefgang und Wucht. Enttäuschend. Vielleicht sollten die Brauer von Bruch mal nach Franken fahren, um sich zeigen zu lassen, wie man Bockbier braut? (12.12.2019.)
