330ml bottle - pours an almost clear pale straw gold colour with a tiny white head that quickly disappeared completely. A fruity aroma with some passionfruit, lemony citrus and melon. A light tart taste, passionfruit and lemon flavours with some sweet tropical notes and a citusy sournesess in the finish.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden with tiniest white head. Aroma is citrus and damp cardboard. Nice palate; light body with fine soft carbonation. Lovely tart taste, but not puckeringly sour, in fact the sourness has some complexity to it - lemon and natural yogurt. There’s some bready notes, and hints of damp cardboard and no bitterness. Refreshing, unusual, very drinkable.

330ml bottle into shaker. Sour nose with salt and pepper. Hazy amber beer with high fine carbonation. White frothy crown. Light and fruity, refreshing. Easy-drinking, not as sour or yeasty as other Berliner Weisses but with a higher ABV. Nice and slammable.

From a 330ml bottle on 13/8/2017. Pours a pale golden with a small head. Has a mild zesty, tart citrus nose. Taste wise, it’s got some dough and bread, citrus fruit (particularly lemon), with a mild sour bitterness. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Decent enough and quite refreshing.

Tap at the Sheepshank, Bangkok. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is creamy yeast, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a crisp fresh, buttery yeast, tart citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

This is the perfect beer for introducing someone to sours. Lots of lemon, a little passionfruit, some dirty socks and a tiny bit of fruit cake. A slightly watery palate is about the only reservation I have.

On tap at the Local Taphouse Sydney, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lacto notes and some citrus. Flavour is light, with lots of wheaty notes and a touch of citrus. Pretty low funk and low on the lacto. Underwhelming - it's okay.

Bottle. Pale gold with a white head that doesn’t last long. Mildly funky aroma with mandarins, lychees, herbs, sherbet. Light, spritzy, slightly kefir-like texture. A little sour, a little sweetly grainy, fruity. Dry finish with no particular bitterness. Refreshing. Would have been good before the cool weather crept in. Worth another look in summer.
