Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of pretty much nothing. Medium body, some malt, a little cardboard and some bitterness to the finish. A slightly hoppy Pale Lager is what it is. Kinda embarrassing to sell it under a name suggesting it’s a Helles. It’s not. 180723

Clean gold with a large head, lively carbonation. Aroma of bread malt. Flavour is light metallic bitter grains, malt on a dough background.

0.5cl can from HoTM. It pours clear lager yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, doughy white bread, biscuit, custard creams and grain. The taste is crispy, dry, bitter - sweet, grain, lightly toasted grain, doughy white bread, biscuity, custard creams and grass with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Simple, but serviceable lagerbier.

Pour is a crystal clear gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is pale lager malts. Flavor is more dry lager malt. Very clean and bready. Nothing wrong with this helles. Flavorful malts but ultimately chuggable.

Can from BIlla Franzosengraben. Clear pale golden body, lasting medium white head. Flowery, lightly herbal and a bit cardboardy aroma. Soft sweetish taste, vaguely citrusy hoppy notes, but the cardboard note kinda brings it down. 6 months old I'd guess, probably kept in the warm, so yeah. I can see this being a nice summer beer fresh!
