Fermented, aged in an Original Tennessee JackDaniels Whisky Barrel. Fruity aromas of clove and banana; a fine note of whiskey in the aftertaste.

Bottle at Herz Stück, Waldkirchen, had this Sunday 5th March 2023 after a 6km walk from where we're camped. Pours hazy amber with a white head, strange beer, very strange, aroma more like washing up liquid than whisky, medium carbonation, tangy and there is a little fruit. This is weird, not my thing.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts malty, spicy, light alcoholic. Some woody notes. Background with some herbal hints. Finish could be more balanced. Still okay.

330ml bottle [slight gusher]. Cloudy, orangey golden to amber colour with average, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Cereal and fruity aroma with a muesli touch, notes of red and yellow apple, very weak BA overtones, some nutty overtones as well. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy malty, slighly fruity, hints of red and yellow apple, some lemon, a muesli touch, avery weak BA touch with hints of oak, caramel and vanilla, minimally waxy overtones, some fruit acidic tartness. Watery texture, prickly carbonation. Somehow like a racing car starting from the box. Could be great with lower carbonation and a more powerful basic beer, BA should be intensified as well. The composition as such is very harmonious and balanced, apple, caramel and oak are a perfect match - a promising starting point with high potential.

0,33 l bottle from my local Hol´Ab! market. Golden in the glass, little unclear with an surprising nearly one finger white head. Low whisky smell. Strange taste, low whiskey, little bit apple and pale grain. Way higher carbonated than expected. Thin texture. Can not really convince.

Kam 2106 neu ins Programm.

bottle from Bochum! Hazy brownish golden with a fluffy head. Aroma of wood and vanilla. Medium-bodied, malty with hints of caramel and wood, also vanilla present. Quite sweet. Shy earthy hoppy finish. Weird, not my cup of tea.

Flascherl: Hazy, dirty dishwater-like coloured, small and stable off-white foamy layer, mild illusions of vanilla and wood (a.k.a. Whisky) in the fruity-grainy nose; mild sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; very delicate traces of whisky in the relatively short sweetish-sourish finish. No pleasure...
