Fra cask på The Mossy Well (tap takeover), delt med Steven: klar gylden med cremskum som varer til bunns og vel så det. Fruktig og mykt anslag, solid bitterhet og god maltsmak med urter, citrus og furunål. Skled bekymringsløst over ganen. En pint var slett ikke for mye.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. Yes a hoppy premium bitter. Sweetness from the malty strength. Plenty of hops and bitterness on the finish. Strong and excellent esb . Really quite tasty.

Pours a lightly hazed golden amber colour with an average sized mostly lasting foamy off-white head. The aroma is sweet citrus fruits with some floral notes. A moderately sweet and moderately bitter taste, citrus, grassy and light resiny hop flavours with a good bitter finish.

On cask in Lewes. Smooth fresh beginning. Easy to drink with grainy hints of earthy hops. Nice long grainy ale aftertaste with floral hops. Great!

Bottle at Cobbett’s, Dorking. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is sweet juicy citrus, sherbet and candy. The taste is crisp, firm bitterness, soapy, bitter citrus, wood, grass and some astringency with a dry, citrussy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A touch soapy perhaps, but rather alright.
