Our most popular Double IPA is a hop head’s dream come true. Utilizing a bit of caramel and honey malt to create a delicate and very subtle sweetness, this is an amazingly balanced beer considering its hop-forward nature. We selected a neutral yeast strain to ensure nothing interferes with the intense tropical juiciness of this choice mix of citrus hops. Dry, drinkable, and dangerous.

Can. Almost clear gold with a cm of white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, some grapefruit & lime, light biscuit. Sweet but not excessively so with a good balance between that, the fruity aromatics and the medium-high bitterness. A little resin and an hint of booze peek out at the end. Pretty good.

Can. Golden pour. Aroma of peach, pine, grapefruit, bready malt, herbal grassy hop and a little caramel. Taste has bitter grapefruit, bready malt, pineapple, peach, caramel, bitter pine and a bitter finish. Good bitter dipa, classic American stuff.

Genesis date 01/04/19. More of a classic DIPA, with a heavy bitterness and an overload of piney, yet fruity, hops. Good backbone of malts gives some sweetness and smooth drinking, hops add resin and some stone fruit. Nicely balanced, well made.

hazy golden colour, large though not too stable off-white head; aroma of grapefruit, tea leaf, piney and tropical fruity notes (mainly mango and overripe, almost rotten pineapple); well balanced bittersweet taste with biscuits and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great IIPA

The Aromas are fresh resin hops, rye, crackers, honey and dry grain. Flavors are like nose with Bitter Sweet and dry balanced except in the Finish, sweet starts to come out but then is dominated by bitter for a medium length finish. Very nice beer.
