5L BIAB from Chucklehead Cider online. Golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of funky barnyard, apple. Taste is tangy apple, barnyard funky, herby, with some astringency and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

@ GBBF 2014. Not much nose. A bit of farmhouse. Very sweet start of ripe apples. Not much deepness, lots of tannins. Over ripe apples, sweetness and on the other side very dry. Not much deepness and not much aroma at all. The aftertaste is tannins with only a bit of fruity apples. Not much deepness or fruitiness in it.

From a bag in a box at the Commercial rooms (JDW), Bristol 25/08/10. Golden in colour with a slight haze. Fruity apples, with a touch of wood, flinty edge and dryish finish. Fine.
