Our new beer is a refreshing cross between a lager and a real ale. Light gold in colour with hints of lemony citrus and a dry finish. Above all and most importantly brewed with British ingredients.
Because it’s a 4% ABV it’s light and easy drinking and so it is very thirst quenching and great with food or just on it’s own. Made in Lancashire just like the great man himself!

Bottle from Taste @ Rheged. Appearance - deep golden yellow with a nicely proportioned white head. Nose - lemon zest, light caramel and biscuit. Taste - a little more caramel this time but still dominated by the citrus notes. Palate - light bodied, dry and decent bitterness. Overall - a decent example of the style.
