Taster glass shared with Ryan. Appearance: clear purple. Aroma: lots of ryabina, very tart. Taste: same, some sweetness, and apples. Overall: definitely a genuine drink.

Poured from the tap. Clear ruby red with minimal white head. Berry note similar to a cranberry, but softer less tart note. Okay.

Sample from tap at Sidrērija, Riga. Practically clear, lovely looking blood red body under a small, disappearing white head. Aroma has apple and red berries. Taste is nice and refreshing, medium sweet apple, slightly acidic red berries and slightly bitterness from the chokeberry. Balanced body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice combination.

Sample, thanks to Grumbo! Pours a hazed deep pink, pinkish bubbles atop. Aroma has cranberry, assorted red berries, sweet apple. Sweet, sugary character with very light cranberry notes. Fine.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Reddish pink colour, very fizzy short-lived pink foam head and aroma of berry, tart fruits, wood. Taste is sweet and tart, berry fruits, apple, cranberry, earthy. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

16/11/2019. Bottle from Lauvas Alus, Riga. As Pussalds Abolu Sidrs ar Aroniju. Pours dark pink/red with a small short lasting bubbly pale pink head. Aroma of apples, berries, hedgerow and touch of straw. Moderate sweetness and medium berry tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation, but bit less fizzy than the other ciders I've had from Mūrbūdu so far tonight. Nice slightly dry, semi-sweet and tart finish. Liked it.
