A bit of salt, a touch of lime, a go-to beer at the beach or with a plate of nachos, this Mexican inspired beer is an easy drinker. Grainy sweetness with a lemon-lime hop note, celebrate in style.

Yellow color with light crisp hop aroma. Pilsner taste with underlying sweetness and a crisp, slightly dry finish. Similar to others of this style.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, dry Pilsner yeast, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh, malt, light buttery yeast, dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Didn’t really get the Mexican angle. Presumably there is some chilli somewhere but I didn’t get it.
