Draught. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet malts, milk chocolate, raspberries, some biscuity tones along with mild toffee and some alcohol. Flavour is sweet chocolate syrup, liquorice, some alcohol and mild toffee and lactose to it. Smoothly balanced and the alcohol is not disturbing here.

Svart. Mokkafarget skumring. Aroma av bringebær & litt sjokolade. Smaken det samme. Sjokoladepreget forsterkes. Vel søt. Grei dessert.

Can from Struise shop. Cloudy black with a small, foamy, dark beige head. Aroma has lots of raspberries & jam, 'Grany' biscuit, chocolate powder, brownie dough, pralinés, coffee liqueur. Taste has very sweet raspberry coulis, bit sour at that, in a chocolatey & brownie-like body, slightly bitter with a creamy-yoghurty accent. Sweet, fruity, bit earthy hoppy finish, lingering chocolate & raspberry jam, warming cream liqueur alcohol. Full body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Very tangible raspberry aspect in an otherwise balanced Stout.

Pours black, nearly no head. Scent is intense, jammy, raspberry. Not very natural, but pleasing for sweet, jammy pastry lovers. Taste is full, jammy, intense raspberry puree. chocolate cookie is very hidden, overpowered by the strong jam. Bit over the top on the chemical side. Not a great fan, tbh. Mild 'sourness' of the fruit, bringing some balance to the sweetness. Aroma wise, though, this beer is a mess.
