Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019. Cuivre/rosé, col fin rosé. Arôme au nez fruité, framboise, brett avec léger fleuri et notes de bretts qui reviennent à la charge en rétro. Palais sur une effervescence haute, brett et funk, framboise ajoutant un caractère acidulé marqué avec un support de pointe terreuse modérée. Fleuri sur la fin avec une petite pointe citrique.

Clear dark red colour with no head. Aroma and flavour are very tart. Lots of funk. Finish has loads of raspberry.

Sampled at BXL festival. Bit hazy red with small head. Funk, Brett, sour red berries, light grains and herbs, red wine, soft red wine vinegar. Quite sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

BXL ‘19. Bright pink red with a small pink head. Aroma of tart red berries, citrus and lactic notes. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
