This is our ’white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through.

This batch features Galaxy hops.

Cask at THE Colmore, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, fresh, light, watery, melon mango palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not the greatest ale I’ve ever had but it was at least super fresh and it showed.

From cask at the superb Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, with Holmen1 07.08.22. Cloudy pale yellow. Diminishing white head. Decent lacing. Aroma and taste of pale malt, lemon, lemon peel, yellow grapes. Decent drinkability.

Fra fat på Dispensary Whisky(e)y & Beer, København nov-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer hele veien ned. Deilig balanse, superfrisk og elegant med plenty av tropiske frukter, granskudd, bitterappelsin og hint av bergamott. Skarp, fruktig bitterhed i afslutningen. Crisp as a cracker.

Cask @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Mildly hazed golden ale with a small head. It's crisp but slightly watery, with a good fruitiness to it in both aroma and taste.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of dry hop bitterness and tropical fruit sweetness.
