The second beer in our range of seasonal Saisons. Été is brewed with locally foraged elderflower at the forefront of the recipe. Spelt malt is used to accentuate the light honey and nutty notes from the elderflower and German Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops are used to lift the floral and citrus notes, combining into a symphony of summer flavours. We picked the elderflower within half a mile from the brewery with help from local hedgerow aficionado, the Urbane Forager.

Keg at Mother Kelly's SE1. No longer summer but a pretty sunny day out there. Full aroma, honey and nuttiness as promised. Opaque shining amber. Thick creamy white head. Light bitter with a sweet edge. Herbal/botanical with fruitiness. Light-medium bodied. On the thin side but still slick. Flat carbonation with some softness to it. Dry finish. Pleasant and certainly summery Saison.

Bottle shared at Manchester Airbnb. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice elderflower, lemon, hay, sumer floral,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet elderflower, saison, hay, floral notes, lemon rind. And earthy. Palate is crisp, moderate carbonation. Little chalky. Fine.

Bottle at MCR. It pours lightly hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, floral, elderflower, nougat and brioche. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, elderflower, spice, straw, hay, grainy, slightly raw and soapy with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Alright.

Bottle shared post IMBC Saturday night session - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds mellow saison yeast, elderflower, crisp wheat, lemon zest. Light sweet flavour with moderate floral notes, green pepper, bitter hay. Decent balance in the finish, more flowers, grass, straw, yeast, green pepper. Good fun overall.
