Dark golden with a white, super fizzy head that vanished quickly. Very sweet, malt, a bit of fruit, honey, a bit of dark sugar. Medium bodied. Not sure where the 10 hops are … I think they maybe meant they used 10 hop cones per batch. It’s lacking in many ways.

Bottle, 10%. Quite vinous and spicy, herbal aroma. Malt, lime, aniseed. Clear copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is sweetish and vinous with a spicy sugar note and a little aniseed. Warming alcohol finish.

mild flowery and dry nutty malty aroma, if a barleywine then surely a very nutty not very malty one. The flowery (sort of belgian blonde like, but much fainter) notes also seem to be a bit strange for a barley wine. From the aroma I would guess european imperial lager. After some more sniffing I have now concluded it is barley wine aroma I am getting. The sort of barley wine I have smelled years ago in shall we say traditional gret britian barley wines. so okay, there's that. Let it warm up, and you get yourself a boozy bone dry very nutty traditional european barley wine aroma. Flavor is similar to aroma, nutty quite dry malty aroma that just barely covers the high alc. and not much else. still also reminds me of imperial lager a lot. This is a weird beer. I felt like an imperaial lager anwyays, if you expect that, it's quite decent.

330ml. bottle. @home, 09/03/2021 [#3.814 Global - #705 Spain - #6 La Zaragozana] Clear golden colour with a minimal white head. Almost no retention. No lacing. Aroma: Sweet malts, soft wood, caramel and alcohol. Taste: Bit of floral hops, caramel and wood leading to a soft sweet and boozy finish. 10 hops? You`re kidding me Next one please!

330ml bottle, lote: F0419 outside at Cerveceria El Bribon. A clear and warm golden body under a faint white head, poor lacing. Moderate apricot nose. Rather sweet taste of caramel and apricot. Lingering aftertaste with warmth from the alcohol. Fair enough. (Almunecar 09.03.2020).
