Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Keighley. Very mildly hazed amber-red with a small head. Has a hint of fruit, which is pleasantly lightly sweetened. The rye influence is fair in both aroma and taste and there’s a slight grittiness to its texture.

500ml bottle: BB 6th Mar 2020. Drank in my back garden on 4th Aug 2019. Red hue to the amber body, decent beige head. Rye esters and flavours rule this semi-sweet brew, overpowering the hops aroma and taste wise. OK if you like Rye beers, I'm not really a fan.

Bottle. An attractive, deep, reddish-copper in colour with a frothy, off-white, head. red fruit, leafy hop and earthy malt aroma. Fairly light-bodied flavour, with more weet fruits and some caramel, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Red brown colour with lasting thin head. Aroma and flavour have a complex mix of toasted malts with some raisin and plummy notes. Also a floral hop bitterness.
