Hazelnut Chocolate Vanilla Porter Totally NOT inspired by the famous hazelnut & chocolate spread with a similar name, this porter is richly decadent, as if straight from the jar. Nut allergy friendly Lactose free

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Head of Steam (Liverpool), early evening 15th May 2025. Dark brown with a tanned smooth topping. Nutty, chocolatey and rich bodied, it's a sipper not a gulper, not a huge Nutella fan but this was fine.

Mørk brun med lyst beige skum som raskt forsvinner. Lukter godt av sjokoladepålegg og nøtter. Forholdsvis lett med smak av røstet malt, sjokolade, kakao og nøtter.

Can on 19th February 2022, part of a gift. Pours deep sepia with tan foam and spot lacing. Rich and intense roasty aroma with hazelnut and vanilla. Nutty chocolate roastiness in-mouth with a few tart berries thrown in for good measure. A zesty note on the upper palate shapes a chocolate, nut and orange peel finish. Engaging yet smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body. A well crafted porter with masses going in. Superb.
