Tap @ CBC2016. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of wine, stone fruits, lemon, lactic. Taste is lactic tart, stone fruity, lemony, citrussy, vinous, oaky, funky.

375ml bottle. Heavy, tart and intensely sour with loads of apricot, some tangerine, oak, wood, sweetish juicy noted and farmyard. Pretty nice.

Thanks Virby44 for sharing! Teku showing peach with no head. The nose shows strong acidic notes of peaches. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart and acidic with strong juicy notes of peach throughout.

Bottle, blend #3. Color: Hazy yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity sour apricots, some funk. Taste: Medium tart and lightly sweet apricots, some over medium sour notes of lime and vinegar. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Notes of farm funk, oak, tannins. Vinuous. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very well balanced, although pretty tart. Nice complexity. I like the clearly present Apricot flavours, stronger than in most other Sour / Wild beers I tasted before, that were also aged with Apricots.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour iwth a small white head. Aroma is shoe leather and mouldy tent some grassy notes. Flavour is composed of super sour, pucker, spicy wood, mouldy funk, acid. Palate is super acidic, highish carbonation, woody spicy finish.
